Overview
- Master the Art of Presentation and Public Speaking and Overcome Stage Fright:
- Part 1: Basic Voice Course - Consists of 7 lessons of 90 minutes
Lesson 1:
We will assess and analyse your actual voice. Based on the assessment we will define your actual vocal profile at the start of our sessions. Based on the assessment, we will define on which of the 5 building blocs we will need to work more.
We will learn:
- The 5 building blocs of voice. What they are and how they function.
- What a vocal profile is.
- How the Roger Love Warm-ups are build-up and how and when you need to use them.
You will get an introduction to the Roger Love Vocal Warm-Ups. We will practice the vocal warm-ups together ensuring you do them correct and figure out where you are having difficulties.
We will together define your vocal future and define the goals for the upcoming session.
We will see whether you are having a nasal, a blocked nasal, an airy, an edgy, a squicky hinge, hoarse voice or a stuttering problem or any other vocal challenge on which we should work as well.
Lesson 2 -7
We will continue to do the Roger Love warm-ups exercises.
While you do the exercises, I will:
- Focus on your breathing while you talk and make sure you do it right. Depending on how you are breathing when you talk, we might need to do different breathing exercises till you master it.
- Watch and listen for stomach tension while breathing and work on it if needed.
- Check your jaw positions when you talk and correct them in case
- Observe your mouth positions and listen how your vowels sound and improve if necessary
- Look for head rotation during the exercise and comment if it happens
- Listen to your pitch. Are you too low or too high during the exercises.
- Observe your volume as well during the exercises
- Check whether you are sounding nasal, blocked nasal, airy or a squicky hinge or any other vocal problems.
Based on our assessment we will work on the differen issues and give you some exercises to improve on the discovered issues. Your consistency and discipline to practise with the exercises in between our sessions will have a huge impact on the pace of your progress. The more you exercise the quicker you will get the results.
Lesson 2-6
On top we will work on the 5 building blocks:
- Lesson 2: on Pitch
- Lesson 3: on Pace
- Lesson 4: on Tone
- Lesson 5: on Melody
- Lesson 6: on Volume
Lesson 7
On top we will make new vocal profile and compare it with the starting profile. We will assess where your improved and where I advice you should focus on in future and discuss what your expectations for the future are.

Part 3: Consists of 6 sessions of 90 minutesLesson 14:
We will make an assessment of your actual vocal profile and discuss your goals for this advanced course. The sessions will be customized to your needs based on the assessments and your wishes.
Lesson 15 -18:
If you are still having difficulties with the exercises or with the breathing or jaw or mouth positions or still making some nasal or blocked nasal sounds or whatever vocal challenge you are still having, we will work on that first.
On top we will learn:
- The difference between shallow and deep communication
- How to connect with anyone using overlapping frequencies
- How to use our Chest, Middle and Head Voice
- Why we should not use fillers and how to stop using them
- How to align our emotions with what we say
- How to overcome fear while talking
- What sound-bites are and create with you some of your signature personality sound bites
On top we create for you and practise with you:
- Some signature personality sound bites as a presenter
- 3 vocal profiles expressing the following emotions: Happy, Grateful and Authenticity
- your vocal profile as a speaker
Any other topic that you want to have covered.
Lesson 19:
We will assess your different vocal profiles and sound bites.
Review what we have covered
Review and evaluate how your vocal fututre looks like.
Roger Love Vocal recovery and Stamina Method

This course is offer the Roger Love Method of Voice Recovery and Stamina! This method helped many speakers and singers with a hoarse voice. If you are hoarse as a result of an infection or other illness, please consult your doctor before signing up for this course.
Before you book your sessions, swallow and if it hurts, do not book the session as we will not be doing the exercises. We only train when it does not hurt. If it hurts it might be wise to go see a doctor or laryngologist.
If you get hoarse from time to time by overusing or using your voice in the wrong way, than this course might be very valuable for you! We will teach you how to breath and use your voice in the right way. Which foods and drinks to avoid and which are foods and drinks that are good for your voice. We will discuss some lifestyle changes that might be needed. We will do some vocal exercises that helped thousands of people assuming they will be of help for you as well.
Session 20 - 24 ( 60 minutes each)
In each of the sessions, we will do a vocal assessment in the beginning and at the end of the sessions.
We will focus on the right way of breathing and talking. Ensuring you use the right mouth positions, jaw positions and use the vocal cords and the right airflow while you are talking.
We will discuss the recommended food , drinks and lifestyle changes.
If you are hoarse, we will do the specific so called Roger Love Vocal Recovery Exercises if you are actually hoarse.
